Etta Belote Bright, 85, a former resident of Elkin, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at River Trace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Washington. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at Pamlico Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the home of Amanda Bright, 3137 Braddy Road, Washington.
