Teddy G. Modlin, age 70, of Alma, Arkansas, died Friday, February 15, 2013, at a local hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Five Points FWB Church in Pinetown, NC.
He was a retired self-employed land developer and of the Baptist faith. He was born July 21, 1942 in Washington, NC.
He is survived by his wife, Karen; two daughters, Bessie Modlin of Greenville, NC, and Lisa Modlin of Washington, NC; a brother, Robert Modlin of Charlotte, NC, and a granddaughter.
Pamlico Funeral and Cremation of Washington is handling local arrangements.
