Rachel High Taylor, beloved wife of Raymond Mason Taylor and mother of Elizabeth (“Betsy”) Lee Taylor Garber, died in Raleigh on Wednesday morning, March 13, 2013. She was 75.
Mrs. Taylor’s funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at White Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1604 Oberlin Road, Raleigh.
A graveside service and burial will follow at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the Taylor lot at Oakdale Cemetery, Fifteenth and Market Streets, Washington.
Renaissance Funeral Home at 7615 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27615 is serving the Taylor family.
