Mrs. Ivia Rae Winfield Harvey, 77, of Brooklyn, N.Y., died Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Kings County Hospital, Brooklyn. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Woodstock Free Will Baptist Church, Belhaven, with Elder Horace Griffin officiating. Burial will follow in the church’s cemetery. Arrangements are by Bonner Street Funeral Home, Washington.
