Ms. Bessie Vick Skinner, 93, a resident of 1735 John Small Ave., Washington, NC died Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. Burial will be at 4:00 p.m. Monday at Rocky Mount Memorial Park in Rocky Mount, NC.
The family will receive friends on Sunday April 7, 2013 from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home.
