Mr. Bill Winstead, 70, of  1640 Clark Road, Robersonville, died Sunday, April 7, 2013, at his home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Biggs Funeral Chapel, Williamston. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. the day of the funeral and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
