Mrs. Phyllis Williams, 56, of 906 N. Respess St., Washington, died Friday, April 5, 2013, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Mary Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the chapel and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
