Mr. Santez “Rico” Keys, of 221 N. Pierce St., 801-H, Washington, died, Monday May 6, 2013, in Wake County. The family will receive friends at the home of his parents, 110 Beulad Lane, Washington. Arrangements will be announced  by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
