Mrs. Annie Lenora Bell-Outlaw, 86, of 408 Hoggard Mill Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at Vidant Hospice Center. Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Ashland Missionary Baptist Church, Merry Hill, with the Rev. Willie J. Best officiating. Burial follows in the church’s cemetery.
