Alton M. Oden

Mr. Alton M. Oden, 70, a resident of 1032 Railroad Street, Belhaven, died Friday, July 26, 2013, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, at Holly Grove Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), in the Sidney community, Belhaven. Visitation will held from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2013, at the chapel. The family will receive friends at the home of Harold and Barbara Oden, 727 Elm Street, Belhaven. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
