Capelli Salon introduces Beth Gibbs.  She is originally from Ohio and has lived in Washington for nine years.  Beth specializes in perms, shampoo and sets; INOA color; and SHELLAC manicures.  She is also the newest addition to the staff management.  Beth is accepting new clients now.
