Mrs. Peggy P. Waters of Washington announces the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Katrina Lynne to Frank Little, Jr. (Ty) on September 21, 2013 at First Christian Church in Washington. Ty is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Monte F. Little of Winterville. Katrina is also the daughter of the late James R. Waters.
