The Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office  arrested Stephanie L. Harris 21, of Manteo and Wilmington on Aug 29.  Deputies seized opium and marijuana. Harris was charged with trafficking in opium, maintaining a vehicle for the sale of controlled substance, possession of marijuana,and  possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies also seized a 2013 Chrysler 300 car.
