George Anthony Craddock, 48, of Jamesville died Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Born September 23, 1964 in Craven County he is the son of Charles Arthur Craddock and Johnnie Mae Smith Craddock who survive and was preceded in death by his brother, Charles A. Craddock, Jr.  Anthony worked in industrial construction was a member of Diamond City Hunting Club and Shadow Of The Cross Church.

Besides his parents his family includes his wife, Danette Pierce Craddock of Jamesville, N.C.; daughters, Brandi L. Craddock of Wilmington, N.C., Holly S. Craddock and Taylor S. Craddock of Swansboro, N.C.; sons, Stanley D. Brickhouse of Williamston, N.C. and Matthew E. Brickhouse of Jamesville, N.C.; sisters, Jackie Chandler of Jamesville, N.C. and Angie Craddock of Williamston, N.C.; brothers, Ricky Craddock of Snow Hill, N.C. and Charles Craddock of Jamesville, N.C.; granddaughter, Haleigh L. Brickhouse.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, September 1, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth with Pastor Johnnie Barber officiating.  Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 1, 2013 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at Maitland Funeral Home and other times at the residence.  Burial will be in the Craddock Family Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shadow Of The Cross Church, P.O.
