Mr. Jesse B. Edward Green, 83, of Newport, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013, at Carteret General Hospital, Morehead City. A funeral with full military honors will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at the chapel of Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston. Burial follows in Robersonville Cemetery. Visition is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the home of Becky White, 108 Spruce St., Williamston. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home.
