Mr. Justus Tice, 84, a resident of 215 E. 12^th St., died Monday, Sept. 23, 2013. A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, at First Christian Church in Washington. Burial follows in Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home. Arrangements will be announced by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
