Ms. Cynthia Lee Nelson, a resident of New York, died Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013. A funeral will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, 2013, at New Frontier Baptist Church, 2132 Dean St., Brooklyn, N.Y.
