Mrs. Frances Jones Blanchard, 87, of Smith Mountain Lake, Moneta, Va., died Friday, Oct. 4, 2013. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at Pinewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at Wilkerson Funeral Home, Greenville, which is in charge of arrangements.
