Mary Persinger Jernigan, 70, of 717 Wakelon Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at her home. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013, at Ross Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeffery Russell officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, which is in charge of arrangements, and other times at the home.
