Mrs. Charlotte Ruth Pinkham Bell, age 81, a former resident of Pantego, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at Union Grove Church of Christ.
