Mrs. Louise Lane Alston, 92, of 329 Republican Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at Windsor United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends in the church’s fellowship hall immediately following the service. Visitation is from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, which is in charge of arrangements.
