Mr. Melvin Thomas Scott Sr., 65, of Williamston, died Monday, Oct. 28, 2013. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at Washington-Norfolk District Assembly Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Jamesville, with Elder Clete Scott officiating. Burial follows in Woodlawn Cemetery, Williamston. Visitation begins one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Arrangements are by Mason Mortuary, Williamston.
