Drs. Robbie and Kristel McLawhorn of Greenville are proud to announce the birth of a daughter, Caroline Leigh McLawhorn, on September 23, 2013, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Caroline weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 20 inches long. Her mother is the former Kristel Leigh Jernigan.

Maternal grandparents are John and Jolene Jernigan of Washington.

Paternal grandparents are Jean and Tommy Sugg  of Grifton, and Bobby and Michelle McLawhorn of New Bern.

Paternal great-grandmothers are Billie McLawhon of Ayden and Doris McLawhorn of Grifton.
