11/01/13 3:47pm A vehicle accident was reported on Scuppernong Dr. Chief Deputy Simmons responded.
11/01/13 7:13pm A suspicious person was reported on North Gum Neck Rd. Deputy Shivley responded.
11/01/13 10:10pm An alarm was reported on Pity My Shoe Rd. Deputies Davenport, Shivley and Whitener responded.
11/01/13 10:14pm A fight was reported on Railroad St. Deputies Davenport, Shivley and Pinkham responded.
11/2/13 3:30pm A domestic was reported on U.S. 64 East. Chief Deputy Simmons and Deputy Shivley responded.
11/2/13 5:01pm a disturbance was reported on Church St. Chief Deputy Simmons responded. As a result of the investigation Chrystal D. Sawyer 40, of Columbia was arrested for assault.
11/2/13 7:54pm A disabled motorist was reported on the Scuppenong River Bridge. Deputies Shivley and Whitener responded.
11/2/13 10:21pm A fight was reported on South Road St. Deputies Shivley and Pinkham responded.
11/2/13 10:24pm A fight was reported on South Road and Scotsville Sts. Deputies Shivley, Pinkham and Whitener responded. As a result Jamal K. Harris 26, of Columbia was arrested for disorderly conduct, and resisting a public officer.
11/3/13 8:38am An alarm was reported on Scotsville St. Chief Deputy Simmons responded.
11/3/13 9:14am A fight was reported at Food Lion. Chief Deputy Simmons responded. As a result of the investigation Kristy L. Simpson 22, of Columbia was charged with assault.
11/3/13 11:11am Larceny was reported on Riverneck Rd. Chief Deputy Simmons responded.
11/3/13 11:28am A breaking and entering was reported on Church St. Deputy Shivley is investigating.
11/3/13 7:41pm A vehicle accident was reported on N.C. 94 South. Deputies Shivley and Whitener responded. The Highway Patrol investigated.
11/4/13 A piece of farm equipment caught on fire on U.S. 64 East near the Tyrrell Washington County Line. Tyrrell Fire, Creswell Fire, Washington Tyrrell EMS, N.C. Forest Service and the Tyrrell County Sheriff’s Office, and N.C. Highway Patrol responded. A small brush fire was also started also a  result. The road was closed for several hrs and traffic was detoured onto N.C. 94.
11/4/13 10:10pm Billie Jo Reynolds 38, of Nags Head recived a citation for simple possession of marijuania and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Shivley issued the citation.
11/5/13 1:40am An alarm was reported on Main St. Deputy Coltrain responded.
11/5/13 2:42am An alarm was reported on U.S. 64 East. Deputy Whitener responded.
11/5/13 11:35pm A vehicle accident was reported on Newfoundland Rd. Deputy Whitener responded.
11/6/13 6:17am An alarm was reported on Main St. Chief Deputy Simmons responded.
11/6/13 7:38am An alarm was reported on Scotsville St. Deputies Barnes and Davenport responded.
11/6/13 8:16am A DOA was reported on N.C. 94 North. Deputies Barnes and Davenport and Eashington Tyrrell EMS and Tyrrell County Medical Examiner responded.
11/6/13 10:20am Larceny was reported on California Rd. Deputy Davenport responded.
11/6/13 1:25pm A suspicious person was reported on Levels Rd. Deputy Davenport responded.
11/7/13 2:54am James L. Whitley III recieved a citation for possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputy Coltrain issued the citation.
11/7/13 4:01pm An alarm was reported on Scuppernong Dr. Deputies Shivley and Barnes responded.
11/7/13 8:32pm Tanya B. Mims 42, of Columbia was arrested for financial card fraud three counts. Deputy Coltrain was arresting officer.
11/8/13 2:52am An alarm was reported on U.S. 64 east. Deputy Whitener responded.
11/8/13 4:08pm An alarm was reported on Scuppernong Dr. Sgt. McPeak responded.
11/8/13 5:04pm Trespassing was reported on Newlands Rd. Sgt. Mcpeak responded.

11/10/13 1:58am Miguel Antonio Raudles-Sanchez 21, of Roper was arrested for provisional DWI, possession of schedule VI controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy allen was arresting officer.
11/10/13 8:43pm A vehicle accident was reported on Riverneck rd. Tyrrell Fire, washington Tyrrell EMS Sgt. McPeak and Deputy Allen responded. The Highway Patrol investigated.
11/11/13 1:27pm A mailbox was reported shot  on South Gum Neck Rd. Sheriff Liverman and N.C. Wildlife responded.
11/11/13 2:51pm A combine fire was reported off Frying Pan Rd. Tyrrell Fire and Washington Tyrrell EMS responded. The combine was a total loss.

11/18/13 7:16am A breaking and entering was reported at Tyrrell Elementary School. Deputies Barnes and Davenport responded. There is a reward being offered for information leading to an arrest in this case.
11/18/13 7:47am Larceny was reported on Roughton Rd. Deputy Barnes responded.
11/18/13 8:36am a vehicle accident was reported on Main St. deputy Barnes responded.
11/18/13 1:29pm A disabled motorist was reported on Road St. Sgt. McPeak responded.
11/18/13 4:06pm An alarm was reported on Scuppernong Dr. Sgt. McPeak responded.
11/18/13 5:30pm Acie west 66, of Columbia recieved a criminal summons for trespassing. Sgt. Mcpeak served the summons.
11/18/14 9:15pm carlis L. Talkington 33, of Columbia was arrested for felonious larceny in conection with the larceny of over 10,000 dollars worth of air conditioners in Pamilco County. Sgt. McPeak was arresting offcier. Talkington was placed in the Washington County detention Center on 10,000 secured bond.
11/19/13 8:13am An alarm was reported on Scuppernong Dr. Sheriff Liverman and deputy barnes responded.
11/19/13 5:46pm An alarm was reported on Scuppernong Dr. Sheriff Liverman and Sgt. McPeak responded.
11/19/13 6:23pm A vehicle accident was reported on Travis Rd.The Highway Patrol investigated.
11/20/13 5:20am A vehicle accident was reported on Soundside Rd. Deputy Allen responded.
11/20/13 9:31am A vehicle accident was reported in the parking area of the Tyrrell County Public Library. Chief Deputy Simmons investigated.
11/20/13 4:30pm Shadara S. Spencer 27, of Columbia was arrested for failure to appear. Chief Deputy Simmons was arresting officer.
11/20/13 5:35pm A disabled motorist was reported on U.S. 64 West.
11/20/13 5:51pm A vehicle accident was reported on N.C. 94 North. the Highway Patrol investigated.
11/20/13 5:58pm A disabled motorist was reported on NC 94 North. Chief deputy Simmons and Deputies Pinkjam and Whitener responded.

11/21/13 8:40am A fight was reported on Old U.S. 64. Chief Deputy Simmons Sheriff Liverman and Washington Tyrrell EMS responded. Both subjects were transported for treatment.
11/22/13 1:23pm An alarm was reported on Riverneck Rd. Deputy Barnes responded.
11/22/13 6:16pm A vehicle accident was reported on Fort Landing Rd. The Highway Patrol investigated.
11/22/13 7:32pm Jeremy S. Gaylor 39, of Columbia was arrested for failure to comply with court order. Deputy Allen was arresting officer.
11/23/13 2:49pm James S. Matthews 29, of Kernersville recieved a citation for simple possession of marijuania and  possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Barnes issued the citation.
11/24/13 7:32pm A fire alarm was reported on Legion Beach Rd.Tyrrell Fire, Washington Tyrrell EMS and Deputy Allenn responded.
11/24/13 8:58pm Ramiro H. Ruiz, 28 of Columbia was arrested for failure to pay child support. Deputy Coltrain was arresting officer.
11/24/13 10:48pm A domestic was reported on Roughton Rd. Deputies Allen Coltrain and Washington Tyrrell EMS responded. As a result of the investigation Nichole L Clifton 17,of Creswell was arrested and charged with assault and battery and recieved a ciation for consuming alcohol underage. Nathan Roughton 26, of Columbia was arrested and charged with assault on a female. Both were placed in the Washington County Detention center on a 48hr hold.
