SLEIGHBELLS RINGING: The annual Heart of the City joint concert by the Beaufort County Choral Society and the River City Ringers was held Friday evening at the Washington Civic Center. The outstanding performance was acknowledged by a standing ovation from a full house. The Choral Society will have an encore performance at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Bath at 3 p.m. today.
