The Rev. Carroll Lester Daniels, 88, of Wanchese, died Friday, Dec. 20, 2013, in Colerain. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at Manteo Assembly of God with Dr. Charles Kelly and the Rev. Reggie Scarbough officiating.  A private burial follows in the Cudworth family cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at Manteo Assembly of God. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
