Ralph Edward Whitney, 37, of the 10000 block of Piney Woods Road, Fairfield, died Friday, Feb. 28, 2014, at Vidant Medical Center. A funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Mattamuskeet High School. Arrangements are by Rowsom Funeral Home, Columbia.
