Mia
Allow us to introduce Ms. Mia, but don’t be formal. She wants to be your friend, so just call her Mia. She’s our 1-year-old Tortoiseshell with golden eyes. Her coat is lush and like coat Dolly Parton sang about, it’s of many colors: chocolate, the dark kind, slate gray, buff and butterscotch. Then there are the patterns and lines, highlighting the colors. Well, you just need to come to the shelter to see for yourself, but be prepared, you are going to fall in love with this sweet, loveable and friendly girl who needs a good, forever home. Mia is available through Saturday at the shelter.
Sheila
Meet Sheila, a female Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier-mix. At little more than a year old, she’s a tall, lean, 70-pound beauty. Her short, easy-to-care for coat is ebony black. Sparkling white is found in an artistic pattern cascading down her throat and chest area and on her trim feet. Sheila is very playful, she’s great with people, and she gets along well with other dogs. Sheila loves the outdoors and will be a wonderful pet with an active, forever family. Sheila is available through Saturday at the shelter.
