Mrs. Mary Frances Bonner O’Neal,, 80, a resident of 435 Belhaven Square Apartments, Belhaven, died Thursday, March 13, 2014. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 23, 2014, at St. James Church of Christ (Disciples of Christ), Belhaven. The family will receive friends at the home of Phyllis Freeman, 363 E.
