BIRTHDAYS GALORE: March birthdays were celebrated Washington Noon Rotary style with the traditional sashes and headgear adornments worn by members Muriel Moore, Pam Daw, Dallas Dawson and Phil Holloman. Asef Thaher also celebrated his birthday this month but was unavailable for the photo op. Knowing how much he likes to show off his dreads, we know he was disappointed he missed it.
