On Wednesday April, 2 Rashad D. Swain 35, of Norfolk Va and formerly of
Columbia waived extradition from Va. And was transported back to Tyrrell
County were he was arrested and charged with felony possession with intent
to sell and deliver cocaine, felony probation violation, two counts of
failure to pay child support. Swain was placed in Washington County
Detention Center on 80,000 bond. Sheriff Liverman was arresting officer.
