The Greater Tyrrell County Chamber of Commerce will be holding their annual banquet on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at the Old Salt Oyster Bar.  This year the Chamber will be celebrating “Mardi Gras” style. The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a social and cash bar, with the dinner and awards program to follow.

Guests will enjoy delicious appetizers and a meal, served with a little Cajun twist.  Everyone is encouraged to dress for the occasion, if they wish. In addition to enjoying some great food and entertainment, Chamber members and guests will recognize the Sue Spivey Volunteer of the Year and Business of the Year for Tyrrell County.

“We hope this will be a festive occasion when everyone can celebrate Tyrrell County’s wonderful heritage and opportunities,” states Ann Ward, President of the Greater Tyrrell County Chamber of Commerce. “We encourage all members to attend and we also invite anyone who is interested in learning about the Greater Tyrrell County Chamber of Commerce to join us.”
