Owens Elected to Three-Year Term on the board of directors of the North Carolina Association of County Clerks

Penny Rhodes Owens, clerk to the Tyrrell County Board of Commissioners for 12 years, was sworn in March 29 after being elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of the North Carolina Association of County Clerks. Owens is a Certifed Municipal Clerk and a North Carolina Certified County Clerk. She is also assistant to Tyrrell County Manager David Clegg.
