Glenda Swain Cahoon, 69, of the Kilkenny community, Tyrrell County, died Thursday May 15, 2014 at her son’s residence in Windsor.

Born in Tyrrell County, October 8, 1944, she was the daughter of the late James B. and Mary Levora Swain. She was married to Robert D. Cahoon who preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Cahoon Family Cemetery at the home in the Kilkenny community. Jimmy Davenport will officiate.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bryan Funeral Service in Swan Quarter.
