Icsha Tammell Brown-Keel, 44, died July 17, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., July 25 at Biggs-Brown Funeral Chapel of Mercedes’ Funeral Mansion, 310 Washington St., Williamston. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m., July 26, at Cedar Hill Baptist Church, Williamston. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Williamston.
