Nancy Rose Waters, age 76, a resident of 107 Jackson St., Washington, died Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014, at Vidant Service League Inpatient Hospice. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2014, in the sanctuary of First Church of Christ. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 1, 2014, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the family.
