IMPROPMTU OUTDOOR CONCERT: Students in Anna Oochs’ music appreciation class at Beaufort County Community College experienced an impromptu outdoor concert Thursday morning. During a brief, early morning power outage, Oochs and her students took advantage of the good weather and moved their class outdoors. Oochs was able to use her laptop computer to play music for the class.
