RECOGNITION: Joyce Cutler, fifth grade science and math teacher at Northeast Elementary, was honored as the WITN Teacher of the Week on October 8, 2014. She is pictured with news anchor Carly Swain just prior to the interview segment. Joyce had the opportunity to share career highlights and challenges during her nearly 40-year tenure. Carly presented Joyce with a trophy as well as a $100 gift card to use in her classroom.
