“A Holiday Cooking Demonstration” will be offered on Nov. 13 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Beaufort County Center of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Center located at 155 Airport Road in Washington. Louise L. Hinsley, extension agent, will be teaching the class. To learn how to select, safely store, thaw, prepare, cook and serve a traditional holiday turkey, register for the class today. Easy recipes and helpful culinary tips will also be shared. Those who plan to attend should call 252-946-0111 to register by Nov. 10.
