Mrs. Vida Brock Sparrow Lowe, age 83, a former resident of Belhaven, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Jan 2, 2015, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Belhaven. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving the Lowe family.
