William Hanson Woodley, 95, of Roper died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015, at Washington County Hospital in Plymouth. Funeral service will be held Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Scuppernong Church of Christ, Creswell with Cleve Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Scuppernong Church of Christ and other times at the residence of his sister, Maxine.  Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
