To the Editor:

Jimmy Mobley, mayor of the Town of Chocowinity, along with the Town Board, would like to take this opportunity to show support of our law enforcement officers as past of National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

Thank you to all the men and women who have chosen law enforcement as their career and putting their lives on the line to protect and serve us every day.

In honor of the fallen officers, we would like to remember them and their families for their dedication which they so selflessly gave to us.

Thank you to each of our officers: Police Chief Todd Alligood, Greg Garris, Greg Gaskins, Jerry Fucito, Jesse Dickerson, Robert Jones, Doris Daniel, Todd Taylor, Brad Woolard, Jedidiah Clark and Wayne Winstead.

In addition, thank you Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office for your support and assistance to the Town of Chocowinity. May God bless each and every one.
