HENRY H. TOLER
Mr. Henry Hyrum Toler, 68, a resident of 665 Flanders Filters Road, Washington, died on Friday, January 23, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
A memorial service will be held Saturday January 31, 2015 at Wanoca Presbyterian Church officiated by Travis Boyd and David Linton. Burial will follow in the Pine Tree Cemetery of Cayton, NC.
Mr. Toler was born in Beaufort County on February 3, 1946 to the late Hyrum Pitt Toler and Delsie Magdalene Craig Toler. Mr. Toler worked as a sewing machine mechanic at the Garment Company and the Shirt Factory. Mr. Toler served his country in the United States Army.
Mr. Toler is survived by a son, Timothy Wayne Toler of Chocowinity, NC, two daughters, Tammy Wooten and husband Danny of Ayden and Tracy Mayo of Washington, a brother, Edmund Lee and wife Phyllis of Washington and Jackie Newberry of Washington, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Mr. Toler is also survived by his former wife, Gloria Carson of Washington.
The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday January 31, 2015 at the church.
