BEAUFORT COUNTY EARLY COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL  THREE POETS: Three Beaufort County Early College High School students have been recognized for their writing efforts by the North Carolina Reading Association. Those cited are sophomores ToneAsia Roberson of Washington, Zach Sireci of Blounts Creek and junior Rebecca Williams of Washington. Each student had a poem chosen for publication by a committee of the organization. Each year, the North Carolina Reading Association encourages students from kindergarten through 12th grade to enter their Young Author’s Writing Competition. Students from across the state submitted entries related to this year’s theme, “Dare to Dream.” The students will be recognized at a Young Authors Celebration to be held in Raleigh on March 14.
