Ms. Judy Kay Woolard age 72, a resident of Greeneville, Tenn., died Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at Laughlin Healthcare of Greeneville, Tenn.

A funeral service will be held 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at Jeffers Funeral Chapel in Afton, Tenn., officiated by Jeff McNabb.

A graveside funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, at Pamlico Memorial Gardens of Washington, officiated by Derik Davis.

Ms. Woolard was the daughter of the late Ernest and Margaret Juanita Woolard. She was retired from Magnavox-Phillips.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service of Afton.

Survivors include a brother, Merrill Woolard; two sisters, Phyllis Snelson and her husband Rex, and Carolyn Norton and her husband Paul all of Greenville, Tenn.; nieces and nephews: Dr. Bryon and Kim Snelson, Dr. Stephanie Snelson and Tom Guinn, DeAnna Norton, Heather and Dr. Jason Chiakowsky, Jeffrey Norton, Adrian Woolard, Kimberly and Brad Jones; several great nieces and nephews, cousins and her beloved pet Gracie.
