Larry Wayne Brown

Jan. 16, 1951 – Feb. 15, 2015

Larry Wayne Brown, 64, passed away at his home in Bakersfield, California on February 15, 2015.  Larry was born in Plymouth on January 16, 1951 to the late Clarence and Agnes Brown.  He graduated from Plymouth High School and the University of North Carolina and pursued a career in advertising, real estate, and local government for the state of California.   He enjoyed gourmet cooking and was an avid gardener, but his passion was drama and the theater.

He is survived by two brothers, Gene and wife Sandra of Washington, JC and wife Luong of Franklin, and a sister Marie and husband Stephen Golladay of Waxhaw.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to the charity of your choice.
