Helen D. Rowe, age 82, a resident of Washington, NC passed away at her residence on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.

A celebration of her life will be held at Wesleyan Pentecostal Holiness Church, Highway 264 West, Washington, NC today at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery.
