Mr. Billy Neal Peele Sr., of 5680 Sandridge Road, Washington, died Monday, March 30, 2015, at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 2015, at Deeper Life Ministries, Washington. Burial follows at Oakdale Cemetery, Washington. Visitation is from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015, at L.R. Randolph Memorial Chapel and other times at the home. Arrangements are by by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, Washington.
