Mr. Charlie Edward Mizelle Sr., 66, of 446 Pocosin Road, Windsor, died Monday, April 6, 2015. A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015, at at Askewville Baptist Church with the Revs. Stephen Moore and David Crumpler officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery. Visitation is from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Walker Funeral Home, Windsor.
