IN MEMORY: A prayer vigil for those killed in the recent Charleston massacre was held Thursday night at Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church in Washington. Mayor Mac Hodges welcomed the crowd at the vigil that brought together pastors of several denominations and a community united in prayer for Metropolitan’s sister church and congregation in Charleston.
